I am craving harmony; driven to ensure everyone has access to opportunity.

  • Reduce unearned or unfair advantages by leveling the playing field

  • Facilitate changes for the common good

  • Ensure that each team member feels empowered and important

  • Create policies that stomp out favoritism or bullying

I am seeking to impact individuals or groups of individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.

I find purpose when I:

  • See an individual have a breakthrough

  • Establish a connection with someone

  • Watch someone successfully use what I've built

  • Teach someone something new in a training or as a mentor to new staff

  • See someone's eyes light up as a result of my work

  • Create clear and understandable communications

  • Impact a greater number of individuals

  • Make a deeper impact on individuals
